In the heart of "Boyztown" good value and great location.

Located in the heart of "Boyztown" this hotel is older but very well maintained. The staff are all friendly and professional, willing to do what it takes to make their guests comfortable, offering help from directions to booking a ride to the airport. The bed is wide and comfortable. Everything works as it should.

If you are a light sleeper, you will need earplugs because the "party" goes on nightly until around 2am. Which is great if you are out partying with them, not so great if you are trying to get an early night's sleep.

A lovely place to stay apart from the noise from the downstairs club.

Good location. Rooms very well presented and comfortable. Staff very efficient and friendly.

The restaurant has now closed. Noise from the club downstairs made sleep impossible until it closed at 12.30am each day.

Wonderful

I travelled others countries before but It was my first city where I felt happiness, safety and secured. People are so friendly, helpful and polite. I never saw any rude behavior even the loud voice. Every body's tone was below the normal scale. Airport staff were excellent and active, no unnecessary delay. The Ambience Hotel staff were very friendly and active 24 hours.

Improvement and development has no ending anywhere in the world. About here where I stayed I can't afford or use the The word that something I don't like. However about Ambience Hotel the below comments might be helpfull. As I heard from the staff that The Restaurant of the hotel has been closed due to Covid19.. At present the situation has been devoloped. Front of the Ambience of other Hotel's Restaurent are open. So you may re-start the Restaurant to fill up the silence, customers mental satisfaction and other function. For further advice and rectification you may contact later. Thanks

No one help us about the luggage & very difficult to find the room .. booked with city view but the view was very bad

The price is very cheap.

The price is very cheap. The location is close to the walking street. And all staffs are also very kind.

The hotel is at the center of boys town. If you are not that kind of taste, you should consider it carefully. However, they don't bother you anyway.

Enjoyable very pleased

Location location location I had a front room (102)and could not hear any noise from the night scene

As a suggestion to improve the appearance and function walk thru and pull nails out of wall. Repair or cover small holes. Purchase a functioning refrigerator

Great location!

Great location! Very close to everything, in the heart of Boyz Town. Very friendly stuff, the ladies at the reception desk are very sweet and helpful! Also, its nice to have someone at the front desk 24/7. Room was clean, modern, and spacious. Bathroom is great too. Fridge did not work, but they literally replaced it in a couple of minutes! 3 nights I stayed there I did not have any problems at all. I definitely recommend this place.

Expect some noise at night. I was on the third floor, and I could hear some mild music noise till 2am. But I was out myself, so it did not bother me at all. But if someone wants a very quiet room and to relax, this place may not be perfect. Also, there are signs on construction going on this month and that it may be loud, but I didn't hear any noise inside. Not much of the view or sunlight in the room due to a tiny window, but it was not important to me.

It was reasonably ok. Location good for gay guys searching for some fun.

It is a good hotel. They should really state that it is a non-smoking hotel - this was one of my main requests on booking but nobody told me otherwise. The staff are great. The area can be noisy at night. I think it is more for gay guests that are looking for some fun - lots of action just downstairs.

Its a non-smoking hotel - I had requested specifically for a smoking room on booking. And was not advised correctly.

Great location, within walking distance of city centre, beach, night life, shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The property was under construction and noisy in the afternoon. Ordered car at airport did not arrive. Car ordered to bring us back to Bangkok was old and dirty.

2 week stay .

2 week stay . Great location for me, a couple minutes from walking street bars . There food menu was great and good for money , they even bring to your room if you want . Staff were friendly and helpful and let you get on with your holiday . Looking forward to next year after the refurbishment

Can be a little noisy in the day because of refurbishment, but I was pre warned on booking . Com so can not really say it’s a negative

Enjoyed the stay at Ambience much, a good break from work!!!

Staff at the reception was very helpful to get tickets to the Tiffany Show, bonus was that the seats were just perfect! Like to commend too was the lime pie that I had at the cafe was just great!
